A: All files or documents are encrypted before being synced to the Private Cloud Storage Servers. System admin does not have access to your folders and files.

Q: Is it upgradable as I go through my subscription?

A: Yes, you can upgrade from Plan to Plan or even you can add-on additional Storage to utilise the current data protection server.

  • Prices that are shown are exclusive of Sales & Service Tax.
  • Additional cost will be liaise for add-ons services.
  • Servers will be hosted in Malaysia.
  • Backup and restoration services and firewall are not inclusive in package unless stated or purchased with add-ons.
  • TIS will not be hold liable to any charges for any misconduct of servers, inconvenience caused, mishaps, and loss of data in conjuction to any failure of self-configuration to the setup.

Support and Updates Services
The subscription of Support and Updates Services warrants you the right to download and to apply Updates. It also allows you to request support from our Support Team. This subscription can be made or renewed for one, two or three years.

Cloud Support perpetual product price does not include the annual Support/Updates Services fees. To keep your Cloud installation up-to-date and protected, it is highly recommended to subscribe and to renew the annual Support/Updates Services fees.

The annual Support/Updates Services fee warrants you to receive all software changes, update patches, bug fixes and even whole new versions of Cloud sync Application. During this one-year service period, you will also benefit from our online Support Team assistance.
